A unique wildlife experience.
The reserve has a breeding program where rare and endangered species like Sable and Roan antelope are bred before being released on the main reserve, disease free buffalo also roam the reserve with over 150 white and Black Rhinos - making it the largest private collection of Rhinos in the world! Herds of Eland, Red Hartebeest, Tssesebe, Zebra, Giraffe, Kudu, Impala and Blue Wildebeest roam freely.
The more elusive Bushbuck, Nyala and Duiker can also be seen while Baboon, Monkey, Ostrich and Warthog are in abundance. Leopard, Jackal and the other smaller cats, i.e. Serval, Genet, are spotted occasionally. Bush Babies and over 50 bird species are found around the lodge. |
